'The Big Picture'
The 'Big Picture' is produced by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) and is a tool to help voluntary organisations improve the quality of their work. It is unique in that it has been designed by voluntary organisations for use by voluntary organisations.
Some people may wish to use the 'Big Picture' in a structured fashion and it has been produced to allow you to do this, others may prefer to 'pick and choose' making use of the parts that are relevant to them.

Charities Evaluation Service
The Charities Evaluation Service provides free information and advice about monitoring, evaluation, self-evaluation, quality systems and organisational review. The service also publishes work books and work packs and organises conferences, seminars and briefings.
Quality First
The Quality First workbook - Quality Assurance for Community Organisations - is designed to help voluntary, community-based organisations set up an effective quality system. It is produced by Tony Farley, author of PQASSO, in partnership with Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC).
